Built in 2025, to replace a 1930’s house, this 5 bed detached timber-frame home was built to near-passive standard (Energy rating 103 A).

• The house is air-tight with a Zehnder Q450 MVHR ventilation system and a 5KW Vaillant Air Source Heat Pump.
• The ASHP heats the Under Floor Heating downstairs, skirting board radiators upstairs and provides hot water, stored in our Mixergy Tank.
• The insulation is eco-friendly cellulose that was blown into the wall cavities of the precision engineered factory manufactured timber frame.
• It has inward opening AluClad Triple Glazing,18 Solar Panels with an 11.5 kW Tesla Powerwall 3 battery
• Zappi Car Charger
