Shire End West is at one end of a terrace of three Grade II Listed Victorian properties situated off Cobb Rd in an elevated position overlooking Lyme Regis Harbour.

The Shire End West project demonstrates that it is possible to work within the constraints of conservation to upgrade a thermally inefficient Listed building whilst retaining the historic fabric.
