Quarry Lea is a 3/4 bedroom detached house built about 25 years ago. It had an old gas boiler which needed replacing and we decided to grasp the nettle and put up solar panels, install a heat pump, optimise insulation and replace the first generation pvc windows with more efficient and beautiful double glazed aluminium windows.
