A 60’s three-bedroom split-level house reconfigured, renovated, insulated, and extended replacing oil-fired central heating with ASPH, solar panels and underfloor heating.
The reconfiguration moved the kitchen to provide a large open plan kitchen/living room connecting with the south-facing garden in the contrasting extension whilst retaining the key 60’s features, including the original living room of the original house.
Future intended improvements include adding a battery, EV charging point and rainwater storage along with landscaping.
