Full home control and automation system that includes all functions above in an integrated platform. We use this to reduce energy by activating towel rails and a hot water recirculation pump based on bathroom use.
While the technologies used may be beyond what many would want to do we researched every element to select the best and most cost effective solution. We made great used of the National Self Build & Renovation Centre in Swindon.

Working with a local builder to build the shell we have taken on a great deal of the work ourselves which included all insulation, plaster boarding, kitchens and bathrooms and electrical works working with a local electrician.
